Free Website Traffic, Is There Such a Thing and How Do You Get It?

I remember back in the late 90’s, when everyone really started to jump on this making money online bandwagon and all you saw in your email box were marketers pushing their free website traffic ads, and if my memory serves me correctly, you would sign up for this free traffic, but you would end up having to jump through all types of hoops to get this traffic and by the time you got to hoop number 8, you gave up.

Fortunately, things have changes since then; we are more sophisticated with our marketing efforts. But, the question still begs an answer, is there really a such thing as free website traffic?

Well, the short answer to that is “no”. Though you may not have to do as many back flips to get it, you will pay something and this something most people don’t have a lot of and no it’s not money.

If I ask you the question, what’s more valuable than money, What would your answer be? Hopefully, you said,” time”. Why is it more valuable? Well, if you lose money, you can get it back, but “time”, you can never get it back once it’s gone. So, that’s why the answer is “no” to the questions about free website traffic and is there such a thing and if money is limited, then time is all you have and will, in the long run, benefit you the most. You success will come down to what you with your time on a daily basis.

If you ask most people, how their day was, they will say “I’ve had a busy day” but, in the back of my mind, I’m saying to myself, how much of that busy was productive. Checking emails and visiting your favorite social sites can be categorized as busy work, but is it productive?

So, remember, your time is valuable and those precious minutes you get caught up checking emails could be better spent driving traffic to your site or business. Since your free website traffic is being paid for with your time, spend it wisely. If you have 2 hours in a day, that’s more than enough time to do some massive marketing and drive traffic to you site.
